If you are new to Roselle or just haven't had an
opportunity to visit us, this is the official Roselle History
Museum.  It is called "The Sumner House"  We are located
at the southwest corner of Prospect and Elm, just across
the street from the Village Hall.  The original home was
built around 1880.  The owner was Henry A. Sumner who
was Roselle's first stationmaster.

The museum contains many artifacts and bits of
information about Roselle and the surrounding vicinity.
Our  campus also features two other building of historic
significance.   Both were moved to this location from other
parts of Roselle. Chapter 14 of our pictorial history book,
"
Remembering Roselle", will tell you a lot more about all
three buildings.  The book can be purchased at the village
hall or at our museum office.  Click the "Bookstore" button
at the left or the picture below for more information.
